Jessica is a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and wellness entrepreneur dedicated to helping individuals navigate growth, healing, and life transitions with greater self-awareness and resilience.

Drawing from Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Play Therapy, Jessica takes an integrative approach that honors both the mind and body. She is certified in Yin Yoga and TF-CBT and is currently completing training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

Throughout her career, Jessica has worked in Child Advocacy Centers, intensive in-home therapy programs, outpatient mental health settings, and private practice. These experiences have shaped her passion for understanding how past experiences influence present patterns, helping individuals develop healthier relationships with themselves and others, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.

​

As the founder of SOMA MIA, Jessica is particularly interested in the intersection of mental health, embodiment, identity development, and personal growth. Her work emphasizes curiosity, connection, and practical tools that empower people to move beyond survival and toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Whether working with clients, mentoring clinicians, or developing wellness-focused initiatives, Jessica believes that growth is not about perfection—it's about building the capacity to navigate life's challenges with greater awareness, flexibility, and self-compassion.
